| DESCRIPTION: |
| This ride has it all. Leaving the Gallatin Valley and heading south, you will pass the Gallatin Gateway Inn, whose opening attracted more local attention than Lindbergh’s flight. Continue on to Gallatin Canyon, the Gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Along the way, ski resorts offer summer activities worth a detour. As you enter the western edge of Yellowstone National Park, it’s hard to think that the best is yet to come. After an exhilarating ride along some of the best fishing in the country, soak your road-weary bones in the "Water of the Gods," complete with live poolside music. |
| DIRECTIONS: |
| Leaving Bozeman on U.S. 191 South, continue to the southern tip of Montana and join with U.S. 287 North. While rolling past majestic mountains and crisp rivers, look for the "Crossroads of Montana Scenic Drives" taking you to U.S. 84 East and back to Bozeman. Interact with the map for more details.
